Onboarding Session: Faculty of Business School & Faculty of Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment: Non-AI​ 

Your onboarding session is an essential step on your Clearance Trail before enrolment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in. 

Before you attend, please make sure you have: 

• Valid Qatar ID or Passport 

• For new students, your offer letter 

• For new students, any outstanding admissions conditions 

• For returning students, prepare your student ID number and your password 

What to expect at this session: 

• Confirmation of Admissions & Finance clearance 

• Meet the support services 

• Completion of module registration & enrolment 

• Collect timetable, student cards and academic calendar 

• Meet your academic faculty
